I held down the wrong button on the odometer and almost reset the whole. Fortunately, I only messed up the wheel circumference by a couple inches. I may fix it, I may not. Depends on how it affects the trip total. Is it more, or is it less? Simple arithmetic escapes me, sometimes.

It was sort of cool and muggy this morning, and it was very warm and not-dry this afternoon. Looked like thunderheads TO THE EAST. I noticed it was 88 degrees (F.) in the library this afternoon, and extremely sunny on the way home. I hate sunny.

One of my Arizona correspondents informs me the Lutherans are on bicycles in the desert. Well, one bike. A bamboo bike, no less. I WAS a little surprised at their goal of 13,000 miles in a hundred days, but the article explains what the deal is.
