I saw two other cyclist out. One was riding on the sidewalk. I was able to pass him.
Today was the second day that I rode in Bike-To-Work week. It's fine, so far.
Tomorrow I have to drive, you will remember.
I am forced to listen to conservative talk radio in the morning before I head out. The fellow on today (Bill Bennett)was less obnoxious than the usual, even for a conservative. [segue] I'm getting the idea, from the radio station's commercials, that the typical listener of conservative talk radio is having severe financial problems. As are we all! But more than the typical liberal listener, if the radio station commercials are serving the audience adequately. One of the commercials that caught my year offered a ten-step plan to financial goodness. I thought I could come up with a plan that would probably be just as good, and save everyone a bit of money.
At any rate, I offer my Ten Steps To Financial Independence:
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
- Stop spending so much!
Ten Steps To Losing Weight
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
- Stop eating so much!
Ten Steps To Better Bike Riding
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
- Ride you bike more!
And if any of these have helped you, in any way, please send me a dollar.
Thank you.

I think this might be the first time I've shared a post from your blog via Google Reader. Congrats!
Somewhere at your house (or maybe hidden here somewhere, I don't know), there's a picture of me with Bill Bennett. Doesn't mean I know much about him, or that I've ever listened to his show, but he does seem a whole lot less, pardon the expression, batshit insane than, say, Rush Limbaugh or (shudder) Michael Savage.
