Independance Day

Rode to F.H. and back, noodling around a bit, and even backtracking, so as to MAKE SURE the ride would come out to ten miles.

No cloud cover (It was 7:00 a.m.), but the temperature was still coolish. I risk sun cancer and didn't goop up.

Noticed the Lotus Pond restaurant in La Mesa has spruced up the yard, going with a nice green grass instead of weeds. Looks good! Last time I was in here, it was a Straw Hat Pizza, and it was with George and Irene, and we didn't have kids. So that was more than a quarter-century ago. Yikes!
