I had to repair a flat on rear Thursday night, I think it was.  No idea where it came from. It was just there!

Over on the Commute By Bike blog Ted has a review of his Feedback Sports Pro-Elite bike repair stand. It looks like a good stand. But what caught my eye was aways down he has a picture of a Park Tools repair stand, which he characterizes  as what the elitist pros use.  Yay, I'm an elitist pro!

I have noticed that over the years my bike maintenance routines have severely diminished. When the Schwinn was new I spent a LOT of time cleaning and lubing every little thing.  Now, it's oil the chain and fix the flats.  And maybe a brake pad now and then.
