Sunday In MTRP

Finished A Tale Of Two Cities this morning at three in the morning when the neighbors decided that playing their stereo (Johnny Cash, if you can imagine!) at a just about irritating, but not enough to call the police level (and  yakking on their phones in the driveway) was not enough, they should go skateboarding, too.  Keep watching my Writings section for a fantasy I just may write about going over  there with a shotgun and blasting each of their stereo components. To kingdom come.

But I digress...

I liked A Tale Of Two Cities after I finished it, but I found it very difficult to read. Even Jane Austen's Pride And Prejudice, with its flowery language, was easier to read.

Now I've started a Barbara Kingsolver book, which I have forgotten the title of. It has two sisters, one goes to Nicaragua, the other to their home town of Grace, Arizona. Where the fruit trees bloom.

I went geocaching today.  Didn't find one I had high hopes for, but did find two others, puzzle caches they were, rather nicely.  I had managed to solve one of the puzzles, and Matt did the hard one, which involved calculating bowling scores. I figured I walked 4.88 miles today, a lot of which was up and down, which MUST add some difficulty rating to the endeavor.
