And for the exercise, of course!
The first two caches I looked for I did not find. How disappointing!
But the third one, oh, that was a charmer! I've been looking for it for over a year, and have been there AT LEAST three times. But today, I spotted it right off!

That one made my day!
This one was next. It wasn't too hard to spot...

This one was a little harder. That is not a fake leaf, it is a fortuitously placed REAL leaf.

Believe it or not, I walked right past this one and only spotted it after reading the hint!

All that ivy seems to be dormant for the winter. Or dead.
This bloody foot was up in a tree. Some folks used a TOTT (Tool Of The Trade, i.e., a walking stick) to get it down. I climbed the tree a little bit.

This one I missed on the first go-around, but after thunking about it, I came back to make the find. Sometimes you just don't know if you really want to touch it, though!

The last cache of the day was over by the golf course. The pic is too close, you can't see how artfully it was concealed in the hollow limb of a tree. NOTE TO SELF: Be careful when stepping off the trail into tall grass, there might be a hole there.

I headed home, climbing the long hill to Grossmont College in granny gear. I love the granny gear!
Saw this wheelchair guy motoring along in the bike, which I was cool with, it IS tricky to get over the the sidewalk way over there. But, you know it is against the rules to talk on a cell phone while driving, and I'm PRETTY sure it's against the rules to bike while using a phone. But what about wheel chairs? This guy was wheeling along yakking on a cell!! There oughta be a law!

The obligatory 'heading home' shot, thank-you for self-timers!

Only had three run-ins with CARS coasting through their right-hand turns this morning. One in Santee, and two on Fletcher Parkway. Crosswalks, Right-Of-Way, HELLO! Dolts!
