Amphetatime Annie

Advanced the odometer on Jamis just a bit by visiting the library. I checked out For Women Who Love Too Much (n0t for me!) and a collection of Jack Vance science fiction stories. I just finished Damon Knight's collection Tomorrow And Tomorrow for the second time. I am also reading the odd Jeeves and Wooster story from an omnibus collection, again.

It looks quite crowed at the Oktoberfest. Have not been there in a number of years. I saw a woman on the news who was attending the El Cajon Oktoberfest that it was so much more family-oriented and nicer than La Mesa's do. Civic pride says she must have been drunk.

After the library I rode down to another trolley station to search for a couple of geocaches. The security guy was parked very near to one, so I skipped it. The other cache was at the far side of the trolley area. A very cute and interesting spot, with interesting quotes on the lamp posts, a bench to sit on, and a nice piece of railroad memorabilia to play with. And I found the cache.
