It seemed almost chilly enough to wear a jacket.
But this afternoon, uh, it is REALLY warm!
Right now (4:30 P.M.) at home it is 99°F, while the Weather Underground says it was around 101°F or so. The stations have not reported for the last hour. The humidity was 8% then, that I can tell you.
At work it was a high of 101°F at 1:30 with 12% humidity.
And in Rancho San Diego, wherever that is, it is 105°F AS WE SPEAK! And it got up to 109°F at 2:39 P.M. !! At 6% humidity!!!
This garage has been bugging me every time I ride past it. Why build a whole expensive building to house one vehicle? Why not put up a carport? This ain't the land of snow.
My theory of garages is, garages are for bicycles, model railroads, and motorcycles.
I bought screen protector for the GPS. It doesn't look like much. A thin little piece of plastic. A pricey little thin piece of plastic! Maybe I should have just stuck a piece of sticky tape on there.
Can't even see it, can you? Maybe that is why it costs so much!
Did I mention the wind? The W.U. says the breeze was blowing at 15.6 mph. Hot, dry, fromt the east? It's a Santa Ana! I had to shift to granny to maintain any kind of higher cadence against the wind!
The trip meter for the week says: 36.7 miles.
Have you guessed where the blog titles are coming from?

Zoinks! Toasty in your neck of the woods. Reached the low 80's out here was a bit dry but now the humidity has come back. This morning we had fog & drizzle. Go figure.
Well, I couldn't just guess, I had to cheat and do a google search. Could your lists be coming from LibraryThing?

Oops, I guess the first comment actually worked - sorry for the repeating myself...
We had a high of about 45 degrees, in Denver.
