But we love it!
I rode to work yesterday, and I rode to work today. And home again both days.
To the guy in the big pickup truck (a Ford F-3,000,000?) on Jackson Drive: Thank you for not honking at me when I made the stupid decision to park myself in the right-turn lane, completely blocking you from turning. Boy, that light is sure long, isn't it? And I can't even place any blame on the cyclist in front of me, he pulled way ahead into the crosswalk. I will blame the road designers for not including a bike lane, though!
The City of La Mesa put up Temporary No Parking signs all over the place, in honor of Oktoberfest next week. All over the place includes places you are not allowed to park in anyway, like Bike Lanes and Red Zones. Like this:

Wouldn't make more sense, revenoo-wise, to ticket them when they park illegally? This molly-coddling of beer-drinkers has got to stop! And raise the alcohol tax!
I'm going to rent my parking space out for a hundred bucks a day. I swear!
Hey, wait a minute, does that sign REALLY say, "Temporary NO Tow Away. PARKING"?
I always appreciate that arrow in the bike lane, just in case I forget which way I'm supposed to be going.
We gots 58.47 miles on the bike this week, and the Jamis odometer is 8,605 miles, which nearly two thousand more than my vehicle.
Hey, I'm still trying to figure out this puzzle. I still need some help. Stop trying to figure out those stupid blog entry titles and work on this!
