After an exhausting day at work (We have had over 2,000 patrons visit the liberry this week!) I got to see a blimp on the way home.



The MetLife blimp page claims this is "Snoopy 2", here for the Charger game on, what, Sunday? I don't know.

When I was a kid it was a BIG DEAL to see a blimp. Now, they are EVERYWHERE!

I remember once... it was night, we heard a drumming sound, getting louder and louder. We ran outside into the dark, it was a blimp, right overhead, really close!

I went down some different streets today. Saw this pretty car.



I thought it was a Rolls-Royce, but now I think it is a Bentley Mark VI. Did it come with a gold grill, or did someone pimp it up?

Commuting mileage this week is 55 miles. Next week, not so much, I have several errands and appointments and chauffeuring assignments. Perhaps I can engage the Bentley...
