Tuesday Tuesday

It was warm this morning, and it was WARMER this afternoon! The high was 93.0 °F, and the humidity was 17%. That's DRY! Probably why they have the "Red Flag" warnings up!

Steve the L. got a new bike, and he let me ride it around the parking lot. It's a Cannondale, and it's very nice! It fit me pretty well. He asked me how I liked the saddle, which was a Brooks. I said I would have to ride it a couple of hundred miles, and I would let him know. He declined the offer. I had my camera with me, but I forgot to take a picture! Maybe next time, as it IS a very pretty bike!

I rode over to the smoke shop after work to pick up a carton of cigs, then I rode up to the lab so they could poke me with a needle. After that I rode home.

Approaching the left turn, I observed a bike ahead of me "splitting" the lane.



I think this is a bad idea here, as the car do not judge their turning radius very well, and often swing wide. I took the lane.

I nearly caught him on the hill, but he turned into the parking lot.



Mileage today was 15 miles, 26 miles for the week! W00t!
