Near the GZ for the first cache, I had to commemorate my ride (and the find!) with yet another selfie. I don't know why I am smiling, some dud on a very loud motorized bicycle came zooming by a few seconds before this.
And another aircraft goes by!
After finding another cache on Prospect (And not noticing a new one I rode right past!) I headed over to the duck pond to sign the on-line logbooks. I seem to have managed to not include any of the myriad duckies that were quaking about in this picture!
For documentational porpoises, here are three images of the trip-o-meter.
Today's trip was 16.60 miles.
The odometer reading at the end of the trip was 12,795 miles. REALLY, I thought I had at least 15,000 on the Jamis!
And the average speed was 9.75 MPH. Fairly blistering, for me!
