Also came home to find the water heater for upstairs had been replaced, as it has been leaking for quite a while.
New books I ordered for the library on January 3rd (or so) finally came today!

I have been enjoying the warmer weather recently too. It means I can commute both ways by bike...I ride a folding bike, and in the winter, I'll usually ride to work, but not often home - I'll take the bike on the bus with me. But now, I'm getting twice as much riding in. Don't have a definite number though.
