Went around looking for geocaches. Found two out of eight, several of which were "re-searches". One those I didn't find, and I haven't found it in the past several times, was found yesterday. And is supposed to be, and I quote, "fairly large". So I just don't know!
I DO know I don't care for pawing around in bushes much!
But I DO like the old Datsun 510s, even the station wagon. I wonder if those fog lamps came stock?
Along Forester Creek Bike Path one can see a myriad of interesting items. There is a bicycle wheel in there, and there is this. What is it?
I found myself at Mary's Donuts. Got a cup of coffee and two donuts. Search a bit for the geocache there, no joy.
I looked for several more caches in Santee, no joy there, either!
I snuck up in San Carlos via the Mesa Road route. I dispassionately searched for a couple more caches, then thought I would try for a new one. And THAT one I found! Yippee!
And THEN I went home, picking up two rocks along the way, in my joy!
The mileage for the week is 90.5 miles.
The final odometer reading for the week is 8,638 miles.
I purchased Jamis in August of 2005, a few months before buying a vehicle. The vehicle has 6,422 miles to date.
I guess if I recreationally drove the vehicle there would be a lot more miles on it!
And I see from my Bike Log that my gloves have around 4,500 miles on them. No wonder they are just a bit frayed!

You need to put on your sunscreen! Cute station wagon! My mom had a green Vega station wagon back in the day. Same shade of green. Don't know what the heck that thing was you took a pic of. Time to wake up the lad and get rolling.
