I rode over to the San Carlos library and returned three books. Then over to Harry Griffin park Finally took a picture of this Quonset hut. I always wanted to live in a Quonset hut. And a tree house. And a castle. And a cave.
But I digress.
Huell Howser did a bit about Quonset huts, even.

And here is one that got a Southern Home Award!
But enough of that.
I picked up a big rock over on the rocky road, and headed home. Found a frog in the middle of the road. Picked it up, too, and brought it home.

I guess it's called fill or paint bucket, whatever, but it sure worked well for a change.
What a sad-looking frog! It's an official Disney-licensed product, I have no idea what for.
Put another ten-plus miles on the odometer today, that brings it to 21.54, I think it was.
Oiled the chains on both bikes yesterday. I'm thinking I should replace the Schwinn chain soon, it has around 2,500 miles on it. A preemptive strike, as it were, so it doesn't get as bad as the Jamis chain!

No wonder Jacob doesn't like Wendy's. That is one freaky frog!
