Tuesday

I went for a little ride this morning (I'm off work, again, for a while.), wandering around the neighborhoods. I did NOT go down the Fletcher Hills hill, nor did I come back up. But, I did, in my wandering, come very close to it.

I was going to take a picture of some enormous pieces of wood with enormous metal thingies on them, but the camera batteries died.

One thing, I was balancing for a second behind a car ON MY OWN STREET, waiting for the green, when I over corrected, leaned to the left, couldn't get my foot out of the toe clip, and fell over. And THEN the light turns green! How ignominious!

Eleven miles on the trip-o-meter today, that makes twenty-two miles for the week.

I oiled the chain today, after the ride. There wuz about one hundred and eighty miles since the last oiling.
