Another Saturday, another non-ride.

I DID get up to fifty miles for the week, commuting, in spite of a non-riding Monday.

And I DID get the average speed up to just over 12 mph. Observe:

The misty morning continued all day. It was almost rain-like. It would have been a very pleasant ride home, but I was trying to keep that Average Speed over twelve. I hear people talking about their twenty mph commutes and such, I'm pedaling like a madman, and breathing like a whipped horse, just to do the twelve! It must be a whole 'nuther plane of existence!
