It's Wednesday!

I rode the bike today and yesterday, but not to the max. Have only achieved around fifteen miles so far this week. Of course, Monday was a holiday, and I was on the road.

Speaking the road, I went on a trip over the three day week end. I am going to recount various parts of it, and post some of the pictures, on each of the three blogs I do here. It will be a sort of treasure hunt! What fun!

Saw this bike at the Dennis The Menace Park in Monterey. I noticed the soda cup in the water bottle holder. Matt pointed out the condition of the tire, and that the saddle bags looked un-molested.



There were not a lot of cyclists on the Highway 1, perhaps because it's winter. I only saw five or six, and maybe one of them was a loaded tourist. Lots of recreational cyclists towards the southern end, though. This fellow was crossing Pico Creek.



I kept looking for a loaded tourist but no joy. More recreational folks, though!



Looks like a great place to put on some miles!
