Friday Myday

The possibly increasingly optimistic bike-o-meter says I've done 60 miles so far this week.

Either it is getting senile, or the benefits of early-rising are paying off in mileage.

This should make up for last week, a little.

Next week is another story!

It's up and running, though it was a bit slow. 60 miles, pretty good. How early have you been getting up?I just finished working out on the Stairmaster. Still feel schlubby though. I'm ready for the weekend. No plans. Just hoping to relax.
