Chilly ride to the dam and back today. And to think I was gonna forgo the jacket!

Wet spots in the road, no problemo. Did NOT go around the lake, instead dropped off book at the PL.

Saw a couple hawk-like birds riding a thermal near the west end of the Gillespie Field runway.

Didn't do much today but go grocery shopping and workout.It was a bit chilly today even though the sun was out. Tomorrow, John is going to be the "Mystery Reader" at Jacob's school and I'll be bringing cookies to class to celebrate his birthday. Tonight, I plan to decorate the house a bit with some Power Ranger stuff. I baked a cake today so I'm going to give it a go and try to decorate/frost the cake with Power Ranger faces. We shall see. Tomorrow night, we're going to take him to Red Robin for dinner. His party is on the 29th at My Kids Clubhouse in Poway at 10am. Didn't know if you and Marian wanted to go because it's going to be crawling with kids. If all the kids show up there will be 24, not including parents.Crazy, huh? Well, John is giving the lad a bath. I'm just waiting for the Golden Globes to watch. Kind of bummed bz I accidentally looked at my yahoo news and noticed a couple of people that won. Urgh. Have a good one.
